How can I re-import transactions after there has been a token update?
You can do that from the Transactions Page if you need to re-import any transactions (opens in a new tab).
- Log in to your KoinX account (or sign up and verify via OTP if you haven’t yet).
Reimporting transactions depends on how you have integrated your wallet or exchange.
- If you have integrated via the API method, then all you have to do is sync all your transactions.
- If you have integrated via the file upload method, you must fetch and re-upload the latest data from the exchange.
- If you have integrated via Direct Connect, you can re-import by using the Direct Connect process again.
Let's break it down for you -
Sync All API Keys & Address-Based Integrations
KoinX’s Sync All feature lets you synchronise API keys and address-based integrations across exchanges and wallets in one click, giving you real-time visibility into your trading data.
- Log in to your KoinX account.
- From your dashboard, click Integrations.
- Click Sync All in the top-right corner to initiate batch synchronization.
- A window showing all exchanges and wallets linked via API keys or addresses will pop up.
- Ensure the list is complete, then click Sync Now.
- Wait for the sync process to complete.
- Return to the Integrations page on your dashboard.
- Confirm each integration now shows “Last synced: less than a minute ago.”

Re-Upload the Latest Data
If you have integrated via the file upload method, you must fetch and re-upload the latest data from the exchange.
- Log in and open Integrations.
- In the Integrations page, use the search bar to find the specific exchange you want to add.
- Within the exchange’s integration view, select Upload Data to access the file-upload form.
- Choose the exported trade history CSV (or supported file) from your computer, then click Submit to send it for processing.
- You’ll be redirected back to the Integrations page, refresh or click Integrations again, and ensure your exchange now appears in the list with a “Connected” status.
Your data is all synced now with the new data of the new file upload.

Repeat the Direct Connect Method
If you have integrated via Direct Connect, you can re-import or sync by using the Direct Connect process again.
- Log in and open the Integrations tab.
- Click on the Integrations Page
- Use the search box to find the blockchain wallet or exchange you want to integrate (e.g., MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Trust Wallet).
- Click Add Integration on the wallet’s card.
- Paste your wallet’s public address or blockchain domain into the input field.
- Click Submit.
- After submission, KoinX will verify and import all transactions linked to your wallet.
