February was focused on giving you more control, better accuracy, and expanding KoinX globally. We have also partnered with Bitunix to strengthen our integrations ecosystem, making it easier for more users to seamlessly manage their crypto transactions and taxes.
Germany Tax Forms Are Now Available
KoinX now supports pre-filled Germany tax forms, including Anlage SO and Anlage KAP.
Your tax reports are now better aligned with German compliance requirements, with improved formatting and structure to make filing more seamless.

You can view sample reports here:
Manage Multiple Emails Within a Single Account

You can now add multiple emails to your KoinX account and set a primary email.
This is especially useful if you've used different email IDs across exchanges or wallets. Instead of managing multiple accounts, you can now consolidate everything into one — ensuring all your data stays in sync.
Import Multiple Chains Seamlessly

When importing an EVM wallet, KoinX now recommends additional chains that can be imported instantly.
This reduces repetitive effort and ensures more comprehensive coverage of your on-chain activity by allowing you to import multiple chains in a single step.
Update Exchange API Keys with Ease

You can now update your exchange API keys directly from the integrations page.
If your keys expire or get deleted, there’s no need to re-integrate from scratch — simply edit and continue syncing your data seamlessly.
Customise Internal Transfer Handling

KoinX now provides greater flexibility in how internal transfers are handled.
You can customise these settings based on your specific use case, ensuring your portfolio and tax calculations accurately reflect your transaction intent.
Minor Improvements
-
You can now mark transactions as lost, with support for reflecting them in tax reports. A new tax setting — “Treat Lost as Sale” — allows you to control how these are considered while calculating gains
-
Edited transactions can now be reverted to any of their previous states directly from the edit log, making it easier to correct or undo changes
-
Added support for more transaction types for Bitvavo and Bitpanda exchanges
-
Tax Reports now include a “Remark” field in transaction breakdowns to highlight issues such as missing acquisition history. Once these are rectified, you can regenerate the report to improve accuracy — serving as a final step to ensure correctness before filing
