Submit and confirm the ticket
Click Submit. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking “Does this article answer your question?” - click No, I need help to ensure the support ticket is sent to the BitMart team.
You must click “No, I need help” on the confirmation pop-up. If you skip this step, your ticket will not be submitted to BitMart support.
4
Wait for the CSV file
BitMart support will prepare the report and send the CSV file to your registered email address. Delivery may take up to 7 working days. Check your Spam or Junk folder if it does not arrive in your inbox.
You can also request the same data export via BitMart Live Chat after logging in, if you prefer not to use the Help Center form.
Log in to app.koinx.com -> Integrations -> Add Integration.
2
Select BitMart
Search for BitMart and select it.
3
Upload your file
Click Upload and select the CSV file received from BitMart support.
4
Submit
Click Submit. KoinX reads and imports your full transaction history automatically.
Done. KoinX reads your transactions, classifies them, and prepares everything for gains calculation and report generation.
Now that your BitMart file is in, head to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains across trades, deposits, and withdrawals are already calculated and your report is ready to download.
Never open or modify the BitMart CSV file before uploading. This corrupts the file format. If you already did - submit a fresh request to BitMart support and upload the new file.
How long does it take to receive the BitMart CSV file?
BitMart processes data export requests manually. Delivery may take up to 7 working days. Check your Spam or Junk folder if the email has not arrived in your inbox after a few days.
Why do I need to click 'No, I need help' after submitting?
BitMart’s Help Center shows a confirmation pop-up asking if the suggested articles resolved your issue. You must click “No, I need help” to ensure your request is actually submitted as a support ticket and sent to the BitMart team. Skipping this step means your ticket is not created.
What transaction types should I request from BitMart?
Request Trade History, Deposit History, and Withdrawal History, along with all other transaction types associated with your account. Specify that you need the complete history from the date you opened your BitMart account to yesterday for tax reporting purposes.
Does BitMart provide tax reports directly?
No. BitMart does not provide tax-ready reports for direct filing. By requesting your CSV and importing it into KoinX, your full transaction history is processed and a compliant, country-specific crypto tax report is generated within minutes.
Does KoinX support my country's crypto tax rules?
Yes. KoinX supports 100+ countries with dedicated report formats for India, the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, and more. After importing your BitMart data, select your country to generate the correct report.
Allow up to 7 working days and check your Spam or Junk folder. If the email still has not arrived, log back into BitMart and submit a new support request or contact BitMart Live Chat to follow up on the existing ticket.
Transactions appear missing or incomplete after upload
Ensure your support request explicitly asked for Trade History, Deposit History, and Withdrawal History, along with all other transaction types from account creation to yesterday. Submit a new request to BitMart specifying the missing data if needed.
CSV file won't upload to KoinX
Upload the original CSV file received from BitMart without opening or editing it. Opening the file in Excel or Google Sheets reformats the structure and causes an invalid file error in KoinX. Submit a fresh request to BitMart and upload the new unmodified file.
Support ticket was not created after submitting the form
If you did not click “No, I need help” on the confirmation pop-up, your ticket was not submitted. Return to the BitMart request form, complete it again, and click “No, I need help” when prompted.
KoinX is showing duplicate BitMart transactions
This happens when multiple CSV files covering overlapping date ranges are uploaded. Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the duplicate BitMart upload, and re-upload a single file covering your full history.
Prefer not to use the Help Center form?
You can also contact BitMart Live Chat after logging in to your account and request the same full transaction history data export directly through chat.
