MEXC uses File Upload only - export all five report types from the Account Data Export page and upload them together in KoinX.
File Upload
All reports are exported from the same MEXC Account Data Export page. Export each report type one at a time and download all files before uploading to KoinX.

Done. KoinX reads your transactions, classifies them, deduplicates overlapping records, and prepares everything for gains calculation and report generation.
Now that your MEXC files are in, head to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains across spot, futures, deposits, withdrawals, and earn are already calculated and your report is ready to download.
Never open or modify MEXC Excel files before uploading. This corrupts the file format. If you already did - re-export a fresh copy from the MEXC Account Data Export page.
Download only the report types that apply to your account activity. If you have used Spot, Futures, Deposits, Withdrawals, and Earn, upload all five files together in KoinX. Missing any relevant file will result in an incomplete transaction history and inaccurate tax calculations.
Why is MEXC export limited to 540 days?
MEXC’s Account Data Export supports a maximum of 540 days (approximately 18 months) per export. For transaction history older than 540 days, contact MEXC Support to request historical data. Upload all files together in KoinX once they are ready.
How long is the MEXC export download link valid?
MEXC notifies you via email or SMS once the export is complete. The download link remains valid for 7 days. Download the file promptly and store it safely before uploading to KoinX.
Does MEXC provide tax reports directly?
No. MEXC does not provide tax-ready reports for direct filing. By exporting your Excel files and importing them into KoinX, your full transaction history is processed and a compliant, country-specific crypto tax report is generated within minutes.
Does KoinX support my country's crypto tax rules?
Yes. KoinX supports 100+ countries with dedicated report formats for India, the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, and more. After importing your MEXC data, select your country to generate the correct report.
Wait for the email or SMS notification from MEXC confirming the export is complete, then download the file from the provided link. The link is valid for 7 days. Do not attempt to upload before the file is fully generated.
Transactions are missing after upload
Ensure all five report types - Futures, Spot, Deposit, Withdrawal, and Earn - were exported and uploaded. If records from older periods are missing, contact MEXC Support to request historical data beyond the 540-day limit.
Upload fails in KoinX
Re-download the original Excel files from MEXC without opening or editing them. Opening files in Excel or Google Sheets reformats the structure and breaks the upload. Always upload the unmodified original file.
Export quota has been reached
MEXC limits exports to 10 times per month for each report section. Wait for the monthly reset before re-attempting. Plan ahead and export all report types in one session to avoid hitting the limit.
Data older than 540 days is missing
MEXC’s self-service export only covers the most recent 540 days. For older transaction history, contact MEXC Support directly and request a full historical data export, then upload the provided file alongside your other files in KoinX.
KoinX is showing duplicate MEXC transactions
This happens when overlapping Excel files covering the same date range are uploaded. Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the duplicate MEXC upload, and re-upload a clean set of files with no overlapping date ranges.
