Go to Integrations → Polygon in KoinX.

Confirm MATIC transfers, ERC-20 tokens, and DeFi activity are listed.

Review unclassified transactions

Click on any unclassified items to assign the correct category.

Confirm portfolio reflects MATIC holdings

Check Portfolio to confirm MATIC and token assets appear correctly.
The Polygon integration page shows your wallet address, transaction count, and last-synced timestamp after a successful sync.
Verify the wallet address and refresh the sync. Contact KoinX support if the mismatch persists.
Click on each unclassified transaction and assign the correct category.

Why this happens: Incorrect wallet address or sync still in progress.Fix: Verify the address under Integrations → Polygon. Remove and re-add if wrong.
