How much TDS is deducted by Mudrex?

Mudrex deducts a 1% TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on every crypto sale on its platform. This is done per Section 194S of the Income Tax Act, which requires crypto exchanges to collect 1% TDS on the sale value. For instance, if you sell crypto worth INR 40,000 on Mudrex, a TDS of INR 400 (1%) will be deducted, and you’ll receive INR 39,600 in your account.

Mudrex has deducted my TDS. How can I get a refund using KoinX?

As Mudrex deducts TDS on your crypto transactions, you can use KoinX to file your Income Tax Return (ITR) smoothly. And if your tax liability is less than the deducted TDS amount for that financial year, you can claim a TDS refund while filing your return.
