Done. You will be redirected back to KoinX. KoinX begins fetching your Mudrex transactions automatically.
Once your Mudrex data is in, head over to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains, income breakdown, and country-specific crypto tax report are ready for you there.
Open the Mudrex mobile app and log in to your account.
2
Open your profile
Tap your profile icon in the upper left corner of the screen - it displays your name’s initials or an emoji.

4
Select your financial year
Choose the financial year you want to generate your tax report for.
5
Request and download the statement

Never open the XLSX file in Excel or any spreadsheet app before uploading. This alters the formatting and causes upload errors in KoinX. Always upload the unedited original.
If you used the XLSX Upload tab above, follow these steps to complete your import. Direct Integration users can skip this - your sync is already done.
1
Open KoinX Integrations
Log in to app.koinx.com -> Integrations -> Add Integration.
2
Select Mudrex
Search for Mudrex and select it.
3
Upload your file
Under Upload Data, select your downloaded Mudrex Transaction Statement file.
4
Submit
Click Submit. KoinX processes your file and imports your full transaction history.
Done. KoinX reads your transactions, classifies them, and prepares everything for gains calculation and report generation.
Now that your Mudrex file is in, head to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains across trades, staking rewards, and withdrawals are already calculated and your report is ready to download.
Only .xlsx files are accepted. Files in .xls or .csv format will not work and may cause import errors. If your file is the wrong format, re-request a fresh statement from Mudrex.
Which method should I use - Direct Integration or XLSX Upload?
Direct Integration is recommended for most users. It connects instantly with one click, requires no file management, and syncs automatically. Use XLSX Upload if you want manual control over which financial year’s data is imported.
Does Mudrex XLSX upload work on desktop?
The Transaction Statement export is available via the Mudrex mobile app only. Use the app to request and download your statement, then upload the file to KoinX from any device.
What file format does Mudrex export for KoinX?
Mudrex exports transaction statements as .xlsx files. KoinX accepts only this format - do not convert it to .xls or .csv and do not open it before uploading.
Can I upload multiple years of Mudrex data at once?
Yes. Request a separate statement for each financial year and upload all files together in a single KoinX session. KoinX deduplicates overlapping records automatically.
Does KoinX support my country's crypto tax rules?
Yes. KoinX supports 100+ countries with dedicated report formats for India, the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, and more. After importing your Mudrex data, select your country to generate the correct report.
Ensure you are logged in to your Mudrex account before clicking Accept on the Mudrex authorisation page. If the redirect fails, clear your browser cache, log in to Mudrex directly, and retry the connection from KoinX -> Integrations -> Mudrex -> Direct Connect.
XLSX file won't upload to KoinX
Re-download a fresh copy of the statement from the Mudrex app without opening it. Opening the file in Excel or any spreadsheet app reformats the structure and breaks the upload. Also confirm the file extension is .xlsx - other formats are not accepted.
Transactions are missing after upload
Check that you selected the correct financial year when requesting the statement from Mudrex. If data from multiple years is needed, request a separate statement for each year and upload all files together in one KoinX session.
Staking or basket order trades are not appearing
Confirm the statement date range covers the full period of your staking or basket order activity. If records are still missing after re-uploading, request a fresh statement with an earlier start date.
KoinX is showing duplicate Mudrex transactions
This happens when a Direct Integration sync and an XLSX upload overlap for the same date range. Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the duplicate Mudrex entry, and retain only one connection method.
Wrong financial year data was uploaded
Delete the incorrectly uploaded file from KoinX -> Integrations -> Mudrex, then re-download the correct financial year statement from the Mudrex app and re-upload it.
