July brings a host of improvements across file imports, integrations, checkout, and the Tax Professionals platform. From smarter import workflows and enhanced integration management to a more streamlined checkout experience, these updates are designed to make managing your crypto taxes simpler and more efficient.

Smarter File Import Experience

We have made file imports more intelligent and transparent to help you import transactions with greater confidence.

Duplicate transactions are now automatically detected during file uploads. By default, KoinX intelligently resolves duplicate entries, while users who prefer greater control can manually review and resolve duplicates before importing.

We have also enhanced file traceability by displaying the source file for imported transactions, allowing you to quickly navigate back to the corresponding import whenever required.

Additionally, individual file imports can now be unlinked without removing the entire integration, giving you greater flexibility when managing imported data.

Better Integration Management

We have continued improving Integration Health Score to provide a more accurate view of your integration health.

The scoring model now places greater emphasis on current financial year data and recent transaction activity. We have also refreshed the transaction visualisation on the Integration Details page for better visibility into your imported activity.

Upgrading eligible File Upload integrations to API or OAuth integrations is now supported directly within KoinX, making it easier to switch to more reliable syncing methods without setting up a new integration.

Enhanced Tax Professionals Experience

We've continued improving the Tax Professionals platform with better collaboration and workflow management features.

Tax professionals can now initiate conversations using phone numbers, link existing chats to clients, reassign conversations across team members, and quickly navigate from Client Details directly into relevant chats. Calling support has also been enhanced with live call status updates and availability controls.

We've also introduced additional client workflow statuses and new filtering options to help tax professionals better organize and manage tax filing progress during the filing season.

A Better Checkout Experience

We have continued to improve the checkout experience to help you complete your purchase more easily.

Eligible users now have discount codes applied automatically, while enhanced offer strips, bundled offer countdowns, and improved pricing visibility help you better understand available offers. We've also introduced smarter exit-intent experiences and simplified payment recovery flows to make completing purchases more convenient.
