Graduated from Cornell University in 2012, worked briefly at Accenture and Bridgewater Associates(the world's largest hedge fund), and participated in the construction of blockchain functions during Accenture. Former senior strategic assistant of R3. In May 2019, it announced its new company Coase, which is preparing for the release of a new blockchain card game Emergents. The project will be built on Tezos.

He graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and received a master's degree in financial mathematics from the Courant Institute of New York University. After graduation, he worked as a quantitative analyst at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley, and later engaged in self-driving car-related research at Google X and Waymo. In 2014, Arthur wrote two white papers under the pseudonym LM Goodman, which predicted the scalability problems that plagued Ethereum later and predicted the widespread popularity of cryptocurrencies. His solution eventually became Tezos.
