July was a month of meaningful upgrades—both big and small. We rolled out a couple of major features along with a series of UX improvements and fixes that collectively enhance the overall functionality of the platform. These changes make day-to-day accounting tasks smoother, more efficient, and more intuitive for our users. Here's everything that went live this month.
Generate Reports in PDF & Excel
All reports—including Balance Sheet and P&L—can now be exported in both PDF and Excel formats for easy sharing and record-keeping.
Improved Transactions Table UX
We’ve enhanced the transactions table to show wallet names in the From/To columns, included time along with the date, and optimized layout for more data visibility on a single screen.
Search & Create Accounts During Categorization
You can now create new accounts on the fly while categorizing transactions or passing journals—no need to jump back to the Chart of Accounts page.
Group Your Integrations
Organize your integrations better by grouping them. You can select multiple integrations to move into an existing group or create a new one for better clarity.
Filter by Description
Quickly narrow down transactions using the new description filter—great for locating specific entries with custom notes or context.
Unlink Wallets from Data Sources Page
Clean up your data sources by removing unused or irrelevant wallets directly from the integrations view.
Redesigned Sidebar & Layout Tweaks
We’ve revamped the sidebar and overall layout to make navigation smoother and give more space to core views like the transactions page.
Set Your Preferred Timezone Display
All timestamps across the platform now reflect your chosen timezone, ensuring clarity and consistency when reviewing transactions.
Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Auto Un-Categorization of Internal Transfers: When one side of an internal transfer is categorized, the corresponding leg will now be automatically un-categorized—keeping things consistent.
- Separate Journals for Internal Transfers: Marking internal transfers directly from the internal transfers page will now create separate journal entries for each transaction, improving visibility and traceability.
