October was a relatively quiet month for KoinX Books, but we’re gearing up for some major feature launches in November. In the meantime, this release brings a set of highly useful enhancements—like an all-new Reports page, the General Ledger report, shareable filters, and easier file access—along with several minor improvements to make your accounting experience smoother and more efficient.

Revamped Reports Page

The Reports page has been redesigned for better accessibility and navigation. You can now mark reports as favourites and set filters before diving into the data, giving you more control and clarity in your analysis.

General Ledger Report

Gain deeper visibility into all ledger entries across your workspace with the new General Ledger report. It provides a comprehensive overview of every transaction posted, helping you ensure your books are always accurate and complete.

Shareable Filter URLs

Collaboration just got easier! You can now apply filters on the Transactions page and share the same URL with your teammates. This makes reviewing specific data sets faster and more seamless across your team.

Download Previously Uploaded Files

You can now download previously uploaded files directly from the Integration Details page. This helps you revisit and verify older data whenever needed without re-uploading anything.

Minor Improvements

• We’ve added template files to custom bank and credit card integrations, making it much easier for you to upload your data without any guesswork.
• We’ve also updated the default views on the Journals and Transactions pages, so you’re greeted with the most relevant information the moment you open them.
