How to export your BingX transaction history

BingX uses File Upload only — you need two files: Transaction History and Order History. Export both for every year and upload all together in one KoinX session.

Log in to BingX

Go to bingx.com and sign in to your account.

Open Data Export

Click the Profile icon → Data Export.

Select Transaction History tab

On the Data Export page, click the Transaction History tab.

Configure your export

Apply these settings:

Generate and download

Click Generate. Download the file once ready. Repeat for each year of history.
Also download your Order History - switch to the Order History tab to continue.

Upload to KoinX

Log in to KoinX

Go to app.koinx.com and sign in.

Open the BingX Integration page

Click Integrations → Add Integration → search for and select BingX.

Upload both CSV files

Upload your Transaction History and Order History files together. Multi-select works - upload all years at once.

Submit

Click Submit. KoinX processes and imports your full BingX transaction history.
Done. KoinX classifies your transactions and prepares everything for gains calculation and tax report generation.
Both your BingX files are in - head to Tax Reports on KoinX and your crypto tax report, covering every trade, fund movement, and order, is already there waiting.

Frequently asked questions

Yes — both are mandatory. Transaction History captures fund movements, deposits, withdrawals, and fees. Order History captures your executed trades. Missing either file leaves significant gaps in your import.
BingX limits exports to 1 year per file. Export each year separately for both Transaction History and Order History, then upload all files together in one KoinX session.
Tick all available account options — Fund, Spot, and Futures. For Transaction History, also set Transaction Type to All to ensure nothing is missed.
BingX allows 15 exports per month per account. If you hit the limit, wait for the monthly quota reset before generating more files.

Troubleshooting

Ensure both Transaction History and Order History files were exported and uploaded. Also verify all account types (Fund, Spot, Futures) and Transaction Type: All were selected during export.
BingX limits each export to 1 year. Export separate files for each year and re-upload all of them together in KoinX.
BingX allows 15 exports per month. Wait for the monthly quota reset before generating new files.
Re-download the original CSV files from BingX without opening them. Upload all files together in a single session without editing.
Try a smaller date range. If the issue persists, contact BingX support or try again after a few minutes.
