Select a custom date range
Click the Please select date field and select Custom Date from the dropdown. Choose the date range covering your full trading history from account creation to today.
Set the date range from when you opened your Huobi Global account to today to capture your complete history. Partial exports lead to missing transactions and inaccurate tax calculations.

Enter your email and confirm
Enter the email address where you want to receive the report and click Confirm.

Verify with email, phone, and GA code
Click Click to send for both the email and phone number verification codes. Enter the codes received along with your Google Authenticator (GA) code and click Confirm.

Wait for the report
A note will confirm your request has been submitted. The CSV file will be delivered to your registered email within 5 working days. Do not open the file when it arrives.
Check your Spam or Junk folder if the email has not arrived after 5 working days. The CSV file must be uploaded in its original unedited format.
Log in to app.koinx.com -> Integrations -> Add Integration.

Select Huobi
Search for Huobi and select it.

Upload your file
Click Upload and select your downloaded Huobi Global CSV file.

Submit
Click Submit. KoinX processes your file and imports your full transaction history.
Done. KoinX reads your transactions, classifies them, and prepares everything for gains calculation and report generation.
Now that your Huobi Global file is in, head to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains across trades, deposits, and withdrawals are already calculated and your report is ready to download.
Never open or edit the Huobi Global CSV file before uploading. This corrupts the file format. If you already did - submit a fresh request to Huobi Global and upload the new file.
How long does it take to receive the Huobi Global CSV file?
Huobi Global processes transaction history requests manually. Delivery may take up to 5 working days. Check your Spam or Junk folder if the email has not arrived in your inbox after a few days.

Verification codes are not arriving
Click Click to send on both the email and phone verification fields before entering codes. If codes are delayed, wait a few minutes and check your Spam folder for the email code. If issues persist, contact Huobi Global support.
CSV file won't upload to KoinX
Re-download the original CSV from your Huobi Global email without opening it. Opening the file in Excel or Google Sheets reformats date and number columns, breaking the file structure KoinX expects.
Transactions are missing after upload
Confirm the date range covers your full Huobi Global trading history from account creation to today. If the report covers only a partial period, submit a new export request with the correct date range and re-upload.
KoinX is showing duplicate Huobi Global transactions
This happens when the same CSV is uploaded more than once. Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the duplicate Huobi upload, and retain only a single file covering your full history.
GA code is not being accepted during verification
Ensure your Google Authenticator app is synced and the time on your device is correct. GA codes are time-sensitive and expire every 30 seconds. If the code is rejected, wait for the next code to generate and try again.
