Search for and select Pionex.

Upload all your CSV files
Click Upload and select all your downloaded Pionex CSV files. If you exported multiple periods, upload all files at once - multi-select works.

Submit
Click Submit. KoinX processes your files and imports your full transaction history.
Done. KoinX reads your transactions, classifies them, and prepares everything for gains calculation and tax report generation.
Now that your Pionex data is in, head to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains across spot trades, bot activity, and futures are already calculated and your report is ready to download.
Never open or modify the Pionex CSV file before uploading. This corrupts the file format. Re-download a fresh copy from Pionex if you already did.
How do I make sure I have my full Pionex trading history?
When selecting the date range, set it from your first ever trade on Pionex to today. If Pionex requires multiple exports for long histories, split into yearly ranges and upload all files together in one KoinX session.
How will I know when my Pionex CSV is ready?
Pionex sends a notification via email or SMS once the CSV is generated. Check both your inbox and SMS after submitting. Check your Spam or Junk folder if nothing arrives within 15 minutes.
Do I need to upload multiple files if I have multi-year history?
Yes, if Pionex requires you to export in smaller date ranges. Download a file for each period and upload all of them together in one KoinX session - multi-select works.
Does the Pionex export include bot trades?
Yes. The Transaction History export includes bot activity such as grid bots and strategy trades alongside regular spot trades, so your full trading picture is captured.
Does KoinX support my country's crypto tax rules?
Yes. KoinX supports 100+ countries with dedicated report formats for India, the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, and more. After importing your Pionex data, select your country to generate the correct report.
Check your Spam or Junk folder. If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, log in to Pionex, go back to Transaction History, and re-submit the export request.
Transactions are missing after upload
Ensure the date range covers your full trading history and that all CSV files for all periods were uploaded. Re-export any missing date ranges and re-upload all files together in one KoinX session.
CSV file won't upload to KoinX
Re-download the original CSV file directly from Pionex without opening or editing it. Upload the unmodified file to KoinX.
Bot trades are not appearing in KoinX
Bot trade activity is included in the Transaction History export. Confirm the correct date range was selected and the file was uploaded without modification. Re-export and re-upload if needed.
KoinX is showing duplicate Pionex transactions
This happens when overlapping CSV files covering the same date range are uploaded. Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the duplicate Pionex upload, and re-upload a clean set of files with no overlapping date ranges.
Export request failed on Pionex
Try reducing the date range and submitting a smaller export. Large date ranges can sometimes cause export failures. Upload all smaller files together in KoinX once downloaded.
