Connect Delta Exchange to KoinX

Delta Exchange uses File Upload only - export your Fill History and Asset History files and upload them together in KoinX.
Export both report types from your Delta Exchange account. Both files are required for a complete transaction history.

Log in to Delta Exchange

Go to delta.exchange and sign in to your account.

Open Transaction Logs

Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select Transaction Logs.

Apply custom date range in Fill History

Under Fill History, click on Time Period and apply the Custom time period filter. Select the full date range of your trades from account creation to today.

Download Fill History

Click the Download button to download your Fill History file. Do not open it.
Also download your Asset History - switch to the Asset History tab to continue.

Upload to KoinX

Open KoinX Integrations

Log in to app.koinx.com -> Integrations -> Add Integration.

Select Delta Exchange

Search for Delta Exchange and select it.

Upload both files

Click Upload and select both your Delta Exchange files - Fill History and Asset History. Multi-select works.

Submit

Click Submit. KoinX processes your files and imports your full transaction history.
Done. KoinX reads your transactions, classifies them, and prepares everything for gains calculation and report generation.
Now that your Delta Exchange files are in, head to Tax Reports on KoinX - your capital gains across futures, options, perpetuals, and asset history are already calculated and your report is ready to download.
Never open or edit your Delta Exchange files before uploading. This corrupts the file format. If you already did - re-download fresh copies from Delta Exchange and upload those instead.

Yes. Both the Fill History and Asset History files are required. Fill History covers your trade activity across futures, options, and perpetuals. Asset History covers your deposits, withdrawals, and asset transfers. Uploading only one file will result in an incomplete transaction history.
Set the date range from when you opened your Delta Exchange account to today to capture your complete history. Partial exports lead to missing transactions and inaccurate tax calculations.
Yes. If your history spans a long period, you may need to download multiple files by splitting the date range. Label each file clearly by date range before uploading. Upload all files together in one KoinX session.

Troubleshooting

Re-download fresh copies of both files from Delta Exchange without opening them. Opening the files in Excel or Google Sheets reformats the structure and breaks the upload. Always upload the original unmodified files.
Confirm both Fill History and Asset History files were uploaded and that the date range covers your full account history from creation to today. If records from specific periods are missing, download separate files for those periods and re-upload everything together.
Label each file clearly with the date range it covers before uploading (e.g. fill-history-2023, asset-history-2023). Upload all files together in one KoinX session - KoinX deduplicates overlapping records automatically.
Confirm the Asset History file was downloaded separately from Transaction Logs -> Asset History and uploaded alongside the Fill History file. The two files must be uploaded together for a complete import.
This happens when overlapping files covering the same date range are uploaded. Go to KoinX -> Integrations, remove the duplicate Delta Exchange upload, and re-upload a clean set of files with no overlapping date ranges.
Ensure you click Time Period and select Custom before entering your date range. If the filter does not apply, try refreshing the Transaction Logs page and reapplying the date range before downloading.
