Will KoinX report my cryptocurrency information to the government?
KoinX does not auto-report to tax authorities. It helps you generate audit-ready crypto tax reports for self-filing. Data is disclosed only if required by law or official request.
KoinX does not automatically submit or “report” your transaction data to any tax authority. Instead, it acts as a data processor, helping you generate compliant, audit-ready reports you download and file with the government.
However, like virtually all financial-tech services, KoinX will comply with lawful government or regulatory requests (e.g., subpoenas, court orders, or orders from tax authorities) and disclose data if—and only if—required by law or regulation.
